Refund policy

No refunds on Found/Antique Architectural Items, Lumber, Furniture, Art, Mirrors or Lighting. 

All other returns must be within 30 days and accompanied with original receipt in original condition with original tags for 100% in store credit.  Return shipping is at purchaser's own expense. 

In the event that an item is damaged during shipment, please email us an image of the damage to shop@preservationco.com for our review within 24 hours of receiving the item. If it is determined that the item is damaged (1) we will send another of the same or similar item (if additional items are available) (2) issue store credit for 100% of the purchase price (3) refund 100% of the purchase price.

Door Orders that are canceled prior to work being done are eligible for a full refund. Door orders that have been transported to our warehouse for work and are cancelled are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

Please make all efforts for in store/ curbside pickups to be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase. All items paid in full, or partially paid for, that are left in store beyond a 3 month period from the date of purchase will be returned to store inventory for resale with no refund to the customer.
